The deadline for dinner and/or breakfast is being extended to June 8th. However, we only have enough dinners ordered to feed 60 people, therefore dinner reservations will be cut off when we receive 60 reservations (as of June 1st we have 53 dinner reservations, so only a few slots remain). So, if you want to have dinner or breakfast with us, get your reservations in by Saturday, June 8th (Note: ALL breakfast reservations can be accommodated until the 8th). To reserve a dinner or breakfast simply send an email to Paul KE8EGF, PCARS Treasurer, at: . We will have a list of everyone with reservations on site at Field Day (no tickets required). You must be on the reservation list to get dinner or breakfast.
As in previous years Saturday dinner will be free for members; you may bring guests for a cost of $5.00 each. The price for breakfast this year will be $2.00 per person for ALL. Paul, KE8EGF, is in charge of collecting money for meals. You can pay him at the June PCARS meeting or anytime up to mealtime on Field Day.
