Assessing Interest in Up Coming License Courses

We are in the process of planning our License Training Classes for this fall. What we need to determine is if this class will be a General or Technician class Either program lasts 8 consecutive Wednesdays from 7-9 PM with the last class a VE session. We are planning to start a program Wednesday September 11th.
Please let me know if you or someone you know is interested in either the General or Technician course. This will help us make sure we pick the course that has the greatest interest. It will also help us to determine if we need to give both courses this fall. We need a minimum of 5 students for the class to be held.

PCARS RADIOGRAM Wins First Place in Ohio Section Newsletter Contest

Thanks to Tom Parkinson’s (Parky KB8UUZ) great creative work “The RADIOGRAM” has again won First Place in the Ohio Section Newsletter Contest. This is an honor for which we should all be proud. Parky spends a lot of hours every month putting the newsletter together from contributions from many of our members. This is not the first nor will it be the last award for our great newsletter. We must continue to help Parky by providing great material every month for this effort.

Thanks Parky for all the hours of work you have given the club to make “The RADIOGRAM” the award winner it is.
