Hello PCARS Contesters:
Yes, it’s another great weekend for contesting and K8BF will be on the air.
We had our choice of 4 different QSO Parties for this weekend and we chose the 7th Call Area QSOP and the New England QSOP.
The 7QP Contest starts first on Saturday the 3rd at 9AM local time and ends at 3AM Sunday morning. Yup, it’s a late night. The bands included are 160-10. We will be operating on 10 thru 80 CW and SSB. It’s kind of a weird contest at 18 hrs.
The New England QSOP begins at 4PM Saturday and runs until 1AM Sunday morning. Then it picks back up Sunday morning at 9AM and ends at 8PM that night.
We will be operating as Multi-Multi in both contests.
I suggest that if you want to participate, you should show up around 8AM on Saturday for the 7QP event and 3PM for the NEQSOP.
