HI POTA fans!
Two years ago, it was 12F (wind chill -17F) and 6 inches of snow. Last year, it was 24F (wind chill 7F) and 2 inches of snow. Both years were a blast, but…..
We decided to take a break from the cold, and use our comfy and warm club site in Ravenna! AND, the forecast on Saturday is 30F, and falling through the day to 9F!
The Winter POTA event is throughout the weekend. However, we will be congregating from 9:00AM through 3:00PM. Use our club rigs, or use your own rig and OUR antennas! A few suggested that they would like to do a few hours on Sunday. We will decide that on Saturday.
Gene will have hot dogs, chili sauce, condiments
Karl will get dog buns
Bob will get some dog nuts (= donuts)
We will have coffee, water, pop, etc
This will be a casual, fun time at the club site. Please come and join us for some POTA fun!
